Exclusions for Car Roadside Assistance Services
Vehicles that are enrolled for SG Auto Assist should be eligible to receive our emergency car assistance service in India except for the following conditions: -

If your vehicle has not been maintained regularly according to the manufacturer’s guidelines then your vehicle is not in a roadworthy condition.
- 02.
If you having a history of misusing and abusing of services.
- 03.
Any vehicle which is involved in a legal case before immobilization.
- 04.
If a vehicle lacks in the documentation or obligatory insurance,
- 05.
Assistance request when the driver is found in intoxication state or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, narcotics, etc, or if he is not having the license to drive or he violates any rules.
- 06.
If the illegitimate removal of covered vehicle leads to accidents,
- 07.
In case of a problem caused by the transport of minerals, essences, or fuels or other inflammable and explosive substances.
- 08.
Roadside assistance request when breakdown happened due to inflicted damage, or due to criminal act or offense.
- 09.
Accidents happened due to the driver have infringed upon regulatory ordinances in terms of the number of persons, weight, and animals.
- 10.
Roadside assistance doesn’t cover the occupants of the car other than those beneficiaries.
